Can you ship outside Canada?

Currently we only ship within Canada using Canada Post. Shipping times are an estimate only and are calculated from the time they leave our facility. 

Can I make returns or exchanges?

For ALL returns/exchanges, please do not hesitate to contact or e-mail us at info@maplespun.ca, and include your order number to initiate the refund/exchange process.

To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition and packaging (if applicable) that you received it in within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.

How do I best care for the items?

Machine wash cold. Do not use chlorine. Tumble dry. Half load. Delicate cycle.

Can I purchase Maplespun in a store?

Maplespun is not yet sold in retail stores however, we do attend various festivals in the summer where our gear is available for sale. Follow us on Instagram to get the latest information on upcoming festivals we will attend.
